Churchwood Medical Practice in St Leonards-On-Sea

We are open Monday to Thursday from 08.30 to 6.00 p.m. and 08.30 to 5.00 p.m. on a Friday.

Morning appointments are held between 08.30am and 11.30am and the afternoon appointments between 3.30pm and 6.00pm. We do not have appointments on a Friday afternoon.

Morning appointments are ‘book on the day’, you will need to ring the surgery at 08.30am onwards, this makes it a fair system for patients who genuinely need to see a GP the same day. Patients may book up to one week in advance for afternoon appointments (except for Mondays).

For emergencies out of normal hours please telephone 853888 and this will automatically direct you to on call team at South East Health (formerly Seadoc)

Only one patient per appointment slot can be seen, Patients are asked to book individual slots for each family member who needs to be seen.

If you have multiple problems, your GP may ask you to make another appointment in order for him to have time in which to deal with these.

PLEASE ALWAYS LET US KNOW IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT SO THAT THIS CAN BE OFFERED TO SOMEONE ELSE
