Churchwood Medical Practice in St Leonards-On-Sea

We are open Monday to Thursday from 08.15 to 6.00 p.m. and 08.30 to 5.00 p.m. on a Friday.

Morning appointments are held between 08.30am and 10.30am and the afternoon appointments between 3.30pm and 6.00pm.

Appointments can be booked on the day or in advance. You will either need to ring the surgery from 08.30 or attend the surgery from 08.15 to make an appointment. The surgery is also open on Saturday mornings between 09.00 and 12.00 for advance bookings only, if you would like a Saturday appointment please ask reception.

For emergencies out of normal hours please telephone 853888 and this will automatically direct you to on call team at South East Health (formerly Seadoc)

Only one patient per appointment slot can be seen, Patients are asked to book individual slots for each family member who needs to be seen.

If you have multiple problems, your GP may ask you to make another appointment in order for him to have time in which to deal with these.

PLEASE ALWAYS LET US KNOW IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT SO THAT THIS CAN BE OFFERED TO SOMEONE ELSE
