PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP

The surgery wants to hear your views! If you are interested in joining our Patient Participation Group, please fill out a PPG form and send it for the attention of the Practice Manager, who will send you an information pack. You will be required to answer 4-5 surveys a year and to attend about two meetings a year. The aim of the group is to represent patients views and to involve patients into future decisions surrounding services we provide now and into the future.
