PRACTICE FACILITIES

PARKING

There is very limited space at the surgery. Please DO NOT park in the doctor or staff spaces. Please also avoid blocking in the doctor’s cars, if they need to go out in a hurry it can hold them up.

DISABLED PEOPLE

We welcome all disabled persons at our practice. We have an entrance ramp, disabled toilet and are undergoing refurbishment to the reception desk to accommodate wheelchair bound patients.

TOILETS

There is a toilet for patients to use at the surgery. We also provide nappy changing facilities. Please ask for the key at reception.

WAITING AREA

We have a good sized waiting area for our patients which is due to undergo refurbishment in 2007. We provide toys for children to play with and magazines and books for adults to read. We have a large notice board which houses information to our patients and a leaflet rack outside the door with various information and advice leaflets for our patients to take home.

CLINICAL ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT

We have 7 clinical rooms. All have various amounts of equipment. We have an ECG machine a spirometer, 24 hour BP monitor, several BP machines, electronic and manual, de-fibrillator, oxygen meter and many more other items.

SECURITY

The Practice Premises are covered by 24 hour CCTV footage and an alarmed entry system. All Clinical rooms and the receptions are also fitted with panic buttons.
